How to use:
Apply vaginally using the applicator. Screw it onto the tube and pull the plunger out so that it gently presses the tube and the applicator is filled with gel. Then unscrew the applicator, insert it into the vagina and press the plunger inwards. After use, clean the tube and applicator with hot soapy water.
