WHAT SANAGEL AND WHAT IT IS USED?
SanaGel a vaginal gel, which contains purified water, carboxymethyl cellulose, glucose, Lactobacillus rhamnosus (lactic acid bacteria), flavors, sodium benzoate, soy peptone, and lactic acid.
SanaGel serve to moisturise and care for the vaginal mucosa and contribute to the conservation and restoration of the natural pH, and eubiozata (also to strengthen natural immunity) of the vaginal flora.

2. HOW DOES SANAGEL?
Through the water-containing gel is carried moistening the vaginal mucosa. So when vaginal dryness easily and reliably to remove problems such as itching, burning and discomfort in intimate relationships.
Thanks contained in the product live lactic acid bacteria (lactobacilli) and lactic acid, which are components of the natural vaginal flora in a healthy his continued use vaginal flora is restored and maintained.
Lactobacilli, called flora Dyoderlayn have dominant participation in the natural resistance against infections of the vagina. The most important mechanism of resistance is the formation of lactic acid and the resultant decrease in the pH value ("natural acid protective mantle"). The stable pH of the vagina in the acidic range to prevent the growth of unwanted bacteria and thus reduces the danger of infection.
The fast decrease of the pH value of the product is further enriched in lactic acid. Finally, the information contained in the product glucose is converted by lactobacilli also in lactic acid.

3. WHAT TO NOTE BEFORE YOU USE SANAGEL
With a known hypersensitivity to any component SanaGel should not be used.
In the event that after applying the product SanaGel vaginal complaints strengthen or no improvement, please contact the doctor.
In strongly deteriorated immune status (eg HIV-infection or immunosuppressive therapy conducted), SanaGel should be used only under medical supervision, as otherwise there is a danger microorganisms that are usually harmless or useful to prevail and move in blood.
The product is intended for use by women in adulthood. Therefore it is not suitable for infants, babies and children. Young patients before or during puberty should consult a physician before applying the product.
SanaGel does not affect the use of condoms as a contraceptive.
SanaGel contains no sperm-killing active substance, and therefore does not protect against unwanted pregnancy.
Concomitant use of agents with antimicrobial activity (eg antibiotics), contained in SanaGel lactic acid bacteria can be killed, but the physiological flora of the vagina - impaired.
SanaGel not contain any hormones and can therefore be applied in parallel with hormone replacement therapy.

Use during pregnancy and lactation
There is no reason to expect negative effects caused by the lactobacilli during pregnancy and lactation. However, use of the product during pregnancy can be taken only after consultation with your doctor. In case of use of the product during pregnancy, for prudential reasons not to use applicator.

4. HOW TO USE SANAGEL?
Use moisturizing and caring for the vaginal mucosa:
If necessary, in the usual case, once a day, SanaGel is placed into the vagina using the applicator (see notice below).
Application for restoration and conservation of the natural environment in the vagina:
Once a day, preferably immediately before bedtime, SanaGel is placed into the vagina using the applicator.
Dose should be continued for 8 days.
If necessary vaginal gel can be used longer.
During menstruation application should be discontinued.

Instructions for the use of applicators:
When first opening the tube drill metal membrane spike screw.
Remove one applicator disposable packaging foil and tighten the screw on the tube.
By slightly squeezing the applicator tube fill until the piston reaches the upper limit (that corresponds to the filling volume of about 5 g SanaGel).

5. POSSIBLE SIDE EFFECTS
In very rare individual cases for other products containing Lactobacillus rhamnosus, used in patients with severely compromised immune system, it has been reported for transition in the blood (bacteremia). Hypersensitivity to any component of the product can not be excluded. Sodium benzoate can cause mild irritation to skin, eyes and mucous membranes.

Please tell your doctor or pharmacist or the manufacturer of SanaGel, if you materially affected by adverse reactions or if you observe yourself in side effects not listed in this leaflet.

6. HOW TO STORE SANAGEL?
SanaGel should be stored out of reach of children.
Do not store above 25 ° C
The deadline date of the product is printed on the outside of the package. Do not use SanaGel after that date.
Close the tube after each application!
The product can be used within 2 weeks after the opening of the tube.
