How often do you have problems with your bladder?
Over three million people in Britain suffer from different types of bladder problems.
Exercise of the bladder - it will help you regain control over your bladder, so you can extend the time until the next urination. You can do this by deterrence as much as possible before urinating.
Pelvic floor exercises - they strengthen muscles, which can help to "hold" longer before urinating. It would help if you miss coughing when laughing or sneezing. Contact your doctor if you need details of those exercises.
