Contraindications :
- Hypersensitivity to naltrexone hydrochloride and / or any of the excipients
- Acute hepatitis
- Severe hepatic impairment
- Severe renal impairment
- Opioid patients who fail detoxification and acute withdrawal symptoms
- Patients with a positive urine test for opioids and with withdrawal symptoms after administration of naloxone
