What is Vitamin D3?
Vitamin D3, also known as "sun vitamin", occurs in small amounts in some foods, including fish such as herring, mackerel, sardines and tuna. To make vitamin D more accessible, it is added to dairy products, juices and cereals. But most vitamin D (80% - 90% of the amount by which our body needs) is obtained by exposure to sunlight.

How does Vitamin D3?
Vitamin D3 is also used for treatment of weak bones (osteoporosis), bone pain (osteomalacia), bone diseases, hyperparathyroidism and hereditary diseases in which bone is particularly brittle and fragile. Adoption prevents the occurrence of fractures in a fall in people at risk of osteoporosis, and preventing low calcium and bone loss (renal osteodystrophy) in people with kidney failure.
Vitamin D3 reduces the risk of diseases of the cardiovascular system, including high blood pressure and high cholesterol. It is also used for the treatment of diabetes, obesity, muscular weakness, multiple sclerosis, rheumatoid arthritis, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), asthma, bronchitis, menstrual syndrome (PMS) and diseases of the teeth and gums. Some people use vitamin D3 for skin diseases including vitiligo, scleroderma, psoriasis, acne keratosis and lupus vulgaris. It is also used to enhance the immune system and the prevention of autoimmune diseases.
Composition of 1 tablet:
• vitamin D (cholecalciferol) - 2000 IU.

Other ingredients: fructose, sorbitol, cellulose, modified cellulose, citric acid, stearic acid, gum arabic, maltodextrin, natural cherry flavor, silica, calcium silicate, and magnesium stearate.

Dosage and method of administration: Take one (1) tablet daily. For best results, allow the tablet to dissolve in the mouth before swallowing.
