WHAT IS VALERIAN MAX AND WHAT IT IS USED FOR?
VALERIANA MAX is a drug from the group of sedative and sleeping medicines. It soothes the nervous system, removes the feeling of tension, removes irritability, anxiety, emotions, shortens the time for sleep and improves quality.
VALERIANA MAX is used in conditions of anxiety, nervous tension and sleep disturbances due to stress.

2. BEFORE YOU TAKE VALERIANA Max

Do not take VALERIANA MAX - if you are hypersensitive to the active substance or any of the other ingredients - if you are pregnant or breast-feeding - in children under 12 years of age

Take special care when using VALERIAN MAX
It should not be used in children under 12 years of age due to the lack of sufficient systematic studies on the safety and efficacy of VALERIANA MAX at this age.
There may be cases of intolerance to the specific aroma of valerian. Using other medicines

Take VALERIAN MAX with food and drink

3. HOW TO TAKE VALERIAN MAX?
In adults and children over 12 years, as well as in the elderly, the usual dose is 1 tablet 3 times a day. The tablets are taken, uncured, with sufficient fluid.
In a sleep disorder, a single dose is taken up to one hour before bedtime. If required, the dose may be increased to 2 tablets, but not more than 3 tablets per day.
For optimal effect, it is recommended that treatment last for 2-4 weeks. If the symptoms persist or worsen after a two-week treatment, you should consult a doctor.

If you take more than the required dose of VALERIANA MAX

If you accidentally take VALERIANA MAX tablets over the prescribed dose, this usually has no harmful effects.

To date, single cases of overdose have been reported after valerian products have been administered at a dose greater than 20 times the maximum treatment dose. In such cases, the following manifestations may occur: fatigue, nausea, vomiting, abdominal cramps, drowsiness, shaking hands, enlarged pupils. These symptoms usually disappear within 24 hours. In these cases, it is necessary to stop taking the product, contact a doctor and, if symptoms increase, appropriate symptomatic treatment should be performed.

If you forget to take VALERIAN MAX
If you forget to take VALENCIA MAX, do not take a double dose to make up for the missed dose. You should continue the treatment according to the instruction manual.

4. POSSIBLE SIDE EFFECTS
Like all medicines, VALERIANA MAX can cause reactions, although not everyone gets them.
Adverse reactions are very rare when VALERIANA MAX is administered at therapeutic doses. Gastrointestinal disorders may occur: nausea and stomach pain. The frequency of these reactions has not been established.

What does VALERIANA MAX contain?
The active substance is a dry aqueous alcoholic extract of Valerianae radix extractum siccum (200 mg).
The other ingredients are: siliconized microcrystalline cellulose, sodium starch glycolate, sodium stearyl fumarate.
Film envelope: Spray P-pink, polyvinyl alcohol, macrogol 3350, titanium dioxide (E171), talc (E553), carmine (E 120), sunset yellow FCF (E 110).
