One capsule formulation (recommended daily intake):
Ginger extract (Zingiber officinale) - 200 mg;
Inulin - 150 mg;
Lactobacillus acidophilus (Lactobacillus acidophilus) - 40 mg (4 billion);
Bifidobacterium lumbum (Bifidobacterium longum) - 10 mg (1 billion).
Excipients: anti-caking agents - magnesium stearate and silicon dioxide.

Recommended daily intake: 1 capsule a day half an hour before meals or one hour before a trip. Accommodating diabetics.
