Ingredients in 1 tablet: Magnesium (like magnesium oxide) - 243 mg.
Additional substances: Citric acid, sodium hydrogen carbonate, sodium carbonate, potassium hydrogen carbonate, malic acid, mannitol, rice starch, saccharin sodium, sodium cyclamate, sodium chloride, simethicone, lemon flavor.
Directions for use: Take 1 tablet once a day, dissolved in a glass of water.
