WHAT NEOTRI MR AND WHAT IT IS USED?
This medicine is recommended for:
Cardiology:
Long-term treatment of coronary heart disease; prevention of angina attacks as a sole therapy or in conjunction with other products.

Otorhinolaryngology:
Treatment of problems of hearing and balance of ischemic nature, such as vertigo, tinnitus, hearing loss.

2. BEFORE YOU TAKE NEOTRI MR
Carefully follow all instructions of your doctor. They may differ from the general information in this leaflet.

Do not take Neotri MR in the following cases:
Hypersensitivity to trimetazidine or to any of the excipients.
If any of these apply to you, tell your doctor before you start taking Neotri MR.

Take special care with Neotri MR:
This is not a medicinal product for control of angina attacks, and for the initial treatment of unstable angina or myocardial infarction. Should not be used before and during the first days of hospitalization.

If any of these apply to you, tell your doctor. It will take them into account during your treatment with Neotri MR.

Taking other medicines
Not reported cases of drug interactions.
Please tell your doctor or pharmacist if you are taking or have recently taken any other medicines, including medicines obtained without a prescription.

Pregnancy and lactation
Ask your doctor or pharmacist before taking any medicine.

Pregnancy
For security reasons it is advisable to avoid the appointment of the product during pregnancy.

Breastfeeding
Due to lack of data on the broadcasting of the product with breastmilk is not recommended treatment during lactation.

Driving and using machines
Trimetazidine has no or negligible effect on ability to drive and use machines.

Important information about some of the ingredients of Neotri MR
Is not applicable.

3. HOW TO TAKE NEOTRI MR?
Always take Neotri MR, just as you have been told your doctor. If you're not sure, ask your doctor or pharmacist.
The usual dosage of Neotri MR is one tablet in the morning and evening meals.
The tablet must be swallowed whole with a glass of water or other liquid.

If you take more dose Neotri MR?
If you take too many tablets Neotri MR or if someone else accidentally takes your tablets, contact your immediate advice from your doctor or the nearest hospital. Show them the pack of tablets. May require treatment.

If you forget to take Neotri MR?
take the dose as soon as you remember and then take the next dose at the usual time;
Do not take a double dose to make up for a missed dose.
If you stop taking Neotri MR?
Do not stop taking Neotri MR, unless your doctor tells you to.

If you have any further questions on the use of this product, ask your doctor or pharmacist.

4. POSSIBLE SIDE EFFECTS
Like all medicines, Neotri MR can cause some side effects, although not everybody gets them.

If any of the side effects gets serious, or if you notice any side effects not listed in this leaflet, please tell your doctor or pharmacist.

The most frequently observed minor gastrointestinal disorders such as abdominal pain, diarrhea, indigestion, nausea and vomiting.

Frequently observed general weakness, rash, itching, itchy skin rash (urticaria), dizziness and headache.

Rare cases of vascular disorders such as lowering blood pressure when standing and redness.

Very rare cases of extrapyramidal symptoms (tremor, stiffness, loss of movement) and they are reversible after discontinuation of treatment.

5. STORAGE OF MR NEOTRI
No special storage conditions. Keep out of reach of children.
Do not use Neotri MR after the expiry date stated on the label and carton. The expiry date refers to the last day of that month.
Medicines should not be disposed of in wastewater or household waste. Ask your pharmacist how to dispose of medicines no longer required. These measures will help to protect the environment.

6. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
What Neotri MR
The active ingredient is trimetazidinov dihydrochloride (trimetazidine dihydrochloride).
The other ingredients are sodium chloride, povidone, magnesium stearate, hypromellose, cellulose acetate, dichloromethane, ethanol.
