Magnesium contributes to:

Ingredients: Magnesium hydrogen phosphate trihydrate, triammagnesium dibasic 14-hydrate, colloidal anhydrous silica, croscarmellose sodium, microcrystalline cellulose, corn starch, Povidone K30, lactose monohydrate, sodium cyclamate (E 952), talc, magnesium stearate, long-chain partial glyceride. Sweetener: sodium cyclamate.

ADD (3 tablets = 1.95 g) contains 145.8 mg of magnesium.
