Hypertension.

DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION:

Usually administered 1 tablet per day and per admission. At the discretion of the physician may increase to 2 tablets daily. Can be taken with or without food at the same time of day

Losartan. Angiotensin receptor blocker.
Hydrochlorthiazide. Diuretic.
