Purpose:
The amino acid L-glutamine plays an important role in the normal functioning of the immune system, intestines and brain. It constitutes about 60% of all amino acids in the body and has the highest concentration in the blood. L-glutamine regulates the transport of nitrogen to the muscles and maintaining balance of amino acids in the body. Although L-glutamine, because it is synthesized endogenously, is considered a nonessential amino acid, is an essential and necessary in periods of intense physical activity, as well as in other cases of acute metabolic stress. Under these conditions reduces the levels of glutamine in plasma and may need to be restored.
Tablets. Suitable for vegetarians.
How to use:
It is 1-2 tablets daily, preferably between meals.
