IBUPROM sinus is a medicine that reduces swelling of the nasal mucosa and reduces the amount of mucus. It clears the nose and paranasal sinuses.

IBUPROM sinus has analgesic, anti-inflammatory and lower fever medicine that is indicated for the adjuvant treatment of symptoms associated with colds and flu like pain and blockage of paranasal sinuses, runny nose, fever, sore throat, body aches, headache.

Use the shortest possible time at the lowest possible therapeutic dose! Use no more than three days as the temperature decreasing and not more than five days as an analgesic without prescription.

BEFORE YOU TAKE IBUPROM sinus

Do not take for sinus IBUPROM:

Hypersensitivity to any component of the product. Hypersensitivity to acetylsalicylic acid or other NSAIDs. Treatment with MAO inhibitors and 2 weeks after cessation. Active or previous ulcer. Severe cardiovascular disorders, severe heart failure, tachycardia, hypertension, unstable angina pectoris. Hyperthyroidism. Diabetes. Pheochromocytoma. Glaucoma. Prostatic hyperplasia. Pregnancy and lactation.

Take special care with sinus IBUPROM

In cases of bronchial asthma, a history of gastric or duodenal peptic ulcer, liver or kidney failure, hypertension, disorders of blood coagulation.

Patients over 65 years

Drugs such as IBUPROM sinus may be associated with a slightly increased risk of cardiac events or stroke. Any risk is more likely with high doses and prolonged treatment. Do not exceed the recommended dose and duration of treatment - 5 days.

If you have a stroke, heart problems, or think that you may be at risk of these conditions should discuss treatment with your doctor or pharmacist.

Pregnancy

Do not use this product during pregnancy.

Breastfeeding

Do not use this product if you are breastfeeding.

HOW TO TAKE IBUPROM sinus

Adults and children over 12 years: 1-2 tablets every 4-6 hours. If you have the impression that the effect of IBUPROM sinus is too strong or too weak, talk to your doctor.

If you take an overdose of tablets

You may feel intense nausea, headache, dizziness, abdominal pain, sharp increase in heart rate, increase blood pressure.

If it's less than an hour after an overdose, it is recommended to induce vomiting, gastric lavage, or administration of activated charcoal. Based on numerous studies on the effects of an overdose of pseudoephedrine contained in combination products used for colds and allergies, gastric lavage is recommended when ingested amount exceeds the rate equivalent to the maximum daily doses of 3-4.

If you forget to take IBUPROM sinus

IBUPROM sinus is used as an aid in the treatment of pain, so should be taken according to the instructions in the section strength.

POSSIBLE SIDE EFFECTS

Typical side effects:

 Common - gastrointestinal - nausea, vomiting, burning epigastric and esophagus, indigestion, flatulence, diarrhea, constipation;

Nervous system - headaches, vertigo, hyperexcitability;

cutaneous hypersensitivity reactions - itching, hives, rash;

cardiovascular system - fluid retention and edema, increased blood pressure, rapid heartbeat

Uncommon - hypertension, change in taste and increased liver enzymes ALT and AST.

Rare - gastrointestinal bleeding, muscle tremors, disturbances in coagulation.

Very rare - renal hemotologichni disorders, hemolytic anemia, and thrombocytopenia grannulotsitopeniya.

Drugs such as IBUPROM sinus may be associated with a small increased risk of cardiac events or stroke.

The application of the product in case of need rarely causes side effects. In hypersensitive individuals may appear anxiety, insomnia, increased blood pressure, tachycardia, gastrointestinal events or allergic skin reactions.
