Granugel is a sterile gel composed of hydrocolloids / pectin, sodium carboxymethyl cellulose / s clear, viscous base.
indications:
Granugel is intended for use in wounds affecting part or all skin layers as kruris ulceration and decubitus. The gel creates a moist environment conducive to the process of autolytic cleansing of the wound.
Contraindications:
