What is Vitamin C?

Vitamin C is a water soluble vitamin which is necessary for normal growth and development. • Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride from) 1mg
• Folic Acid 200mcg
• Vitamin B12 (Cyanocobalamin) 3mcg
• Biotin 150mcg
• Calcium (from Calcium Ascorbate) 50 mg
• Zinc (zinc oxide) 7,5 mg
• Citrus bioflavonoids 200mg
(Can be obtained from lemon, orange, lime, tangerine)

Other ingredients: cellulose, hypromellose, stearic acid, dibasic calcium phosphate, silica, natural glaze, methylcellulose, magnesium stearate, glycerin.

Does not contain: yeast, wheat, corn, milk, egg, soy, glutens, artificial colors and flavors, added sugar, starch or preservatives.
Dosage: Take one (1) tablet, up to twice daily, preferably with a meal.
