What is DIH MAX and what it is used for
This medicine contains the active ingredient diosamine - improves the elasticity and tone of the venous walls and maintains the well-being of the veins.

DIH MAX is used to:

Symptomatic treatment of venous insufficiency of the lower limbs:
leg pain and muscular perceptions;
weight in legs.
Symptomatic treatment of acute hemorrhoidal crises.
Consult a doctor if you do not feel better or your condition gets worse.

Do not take DIH MAX

If you are allergic to diosmin or any of the other ingredients of this medicine (listed in section 6).
Warnings and precautions
If the symptoms of acute hemorrhoidal crisis do not decrease or increase during treatment, consult a doctor.
In cases of acute hemorrhoidal crisis, symptomatic treatment with DIH MAX for up to several days is recommended.

3. How to take DIH MAX

it is recommended to take 1 film-coated tablet during a meal.

Only in acute hemorrhoidal crises: Larger doses are recommended if the symptoms are increased - one (one) film-coated tablet three times a day for the first four days, and for the next three days one film-coated tablet twice a day - morning and evening.

If you feel unwell during treatment or if your condition gets worse, consult a doctor.

4. Possible side effects
Like all medicines, this medicine can cause side effects, although not everyone gets them.

Dermatological reactions (eczema, skin rashes, pruritus, urticaria, pitiriasis rosea), caused by hypersensitivity to diosmin, have rarely been observed.
Registered been rare cases of disorders of the nervous system (neurovegetative symptoms) - insomnia, difficulty sleeping, dizziness and headache, anxiety, dizziness, irritability, fatigue, muscle cramps (cramps), palpitations or low blood pressure, drowsiness, do not require discontinuation of treatment with diosmin and remit rapidly after discontinuation of the drug.
How to Store DIH MAX

What DIH MAX contains
Active substance: diosmin (diosmin). Each film-coated tablet contains 1000 mg of diosmin (diosmin).
The other ingredients are microcrystalline cellulose, povidone K30, sodium starch glycolate (Type A), magnesium stearate and film coating: partially hydrolyzed polyvinyl alcohol, macrogol 3350, macrogol 4000, talc, red iron oxide (E172), yellow iron oxide (E172) , titanium dioxide (E171).

DIH MAX 1000 mg film-coated tablets are pink, oval, biconvex.
DIH MAX 1000 mg film-coated tablets are available in cartons of 20, 30 or 60 film-coated tablets in PVC / PVDC aluminum blisters containing also a leaflet for the patient.
