What is caffeine?

Caffeine is an alkaloid derived from the dried leaves of Thea Sinensis tea or dried seeds of the coffee tree Coffea arabica. It is mostly used as a stimulant of the central nervous system, has diuretic properties, stimulates the circulatory and respiratory function.

What action has Caffeine?

• endurance and recovery: Clinical tests have shown caffeine intake 30 minutes to one hour before workouts results in longer endurance, less stress, less fatigue and faster recovery.

• weight loss: Caffeine stimulates the metabolism and is - the active ingredient in most diet pills. Caffeine breaks down fat, freeing fatty acids which are immediately burned.

• Energy and Memory: One study examined 144 subjects (72 men and 72 women with an average age 21 years) and had them consume breakfast with caffeine. They found that caffeine consumption improves memorizing new information and counteract fatigue.

Other ingredients: microcrystalline cellulose, dicalcium phosphate, stearic acid, magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide.
Dosage: Take one (1) tablet three times daily. Leaving 3 to 4 hours between doses. Do not exceed the dose of 3 tablets a day.
Note: Limit the use of caffeine-containing medications, foods or beverages while taking this product because too much caffeine may cause nervousness, irritability, sleeplessness and occasionally rapid heartbeat. Do not use if you are diabetic. Consult your doctor before use if you have or suspect you have any diseases, taking prescription drugs, or are pregnant or breast-feeding.
