What is Biolectra Magnesium 300 caps and what is it used?
Biolectra Magnesium 300 capsules is the product of a mineral substance.
Biolectra Magnesium 300 capsules used for proven magnesium deficiency when it is the cause of disturbances in muscle activity (neuromuscular disorders, cramps / spasms of the lower leg).

2 Before taking Biolectra Magnesium 300 Capsules?
Biolectra Magnesium 300 capsules should be taken:
if you are allergic (hypersensitive) to magnesium oxide or to any of the excipients Biolectra Magnesium 300 capsules;
disorders in the kidneys;
in conduction of excitation of the heart (AV block higher), leading to a very slow heart rate (bradycardia);
in myasthenia gravis (Myasthenia gravis - a rare muscle disease);
in severe dehydration (fluid loss);
in certain kidney stones (calcium-magnesium-ammonium sulphate stones).
Be especially careful of taking Magnesium Biolectra 300 capsules in the following cases:
at saturation with magnesium (hypermagnesemia) or potassium (hyperkalemia).
Use of Magnesium Biolectra 300 capsules with other medicinal products:
Tell your doctor or pharmacist if you are taking or have recently taken any other medicines, even when they are not subject to medical prescription.
When concomitant treatment with agents with iron, sodium fluoride or tetracycline may be impaired absorption of iron, sodium fluoride, tetracyclines (antibiotics group) and magnesium. In such cases you should follow intervals of 3-4 hours between Biolectra 300 Magnesium capsules and taking preparations of iron, sodium fluoride, or oral tetracyclines adopted.

Pregnancy, lactation and fertility
Subject to the provisions Biolectra Magnesium 300 capsules can be taken during pregnancy and lactation.

Effects on ability to drive and use machines
Biolectra Magnesium 300 capsules do not affect the ability to drive and use machines.

3 How to take Biolectra Magnesium 300 Capsules?
Take Biolectra Magnesium 300 capsules always exactly according to the guidance in this leaflet. If you are not completely sure, check with your doctor or pharmacist.

In the event that your doctor advises otherwise, the usual dose is:
The dosage of 300 Biolectra Magnesium capsules depends on the magnesium deficiency. The average daily dose is 1-2 capsules (300 mg - 600 mg magnesium ions).
Adults and teenagers: 1-2 times daily 1 capsule.
In cases of severe deficiency or lack of magnesium doses Biolectra Magnesium 300 Capsules may be increased under medical supervision and monitoring of electrolyte performance.

Take the capsules chewed along with enough liquid (approx. 1 cup water).
It is not intended to limit the duration of the reception of the product. It is recommended that treatment be continued for at least 3 months.
Please tell your doctor or pharmacist if you have the impression that the effect of Biolectra Magnesium 300 capsules is too strong or too weak.

If you take more than you should Biolectra Magnesium 300 Capsules
May show stronger adverse reactions described in section 4.

4 Possible side effects
Like all medicines, this medicine can cause side effects, although not everybody gets them.

Data on the incidence of the occurrence of adverse reactions were grouped into the following categories;
Very common: More than 1 in 10 people treated;
Common: 1 to 10 of 100;
Uncommon: 1 to 10 of 1000;
Rare: 1 to 10 of 10 000;
Very rare: less than 1 in 10,000;
Unknown: on the basis of the available data can not be assessed.
At higher dosage may result in a soft movement, which is not dangerous, and is overcome by reducing the dosage. At high intakes and long-term use of Magnesium Biolectra 300 capsules can be symptoms of fatigue. 5 How to store Biolectra Magnesium 300 Capsules?
Keep out of reach of children.
Do not use this medicine after the expiry date stated on the blister and carton labeled "exp ...".
The expiry date refers to the last day of that month. Store in a dry place.

Magnesium contents Biolectra 300 capsules:
The active ingredient is magnesium oxide.
Excipients: Macrogol 4000, sodium starch glycolate (type A) gelatin, sodium lauryl sulfate, titanium dioxide, indigo carmine.

One capsule contains:
Magnesium oxide heavy 497,4 mg - 523,6 mg, respectively - 300 mg magnesium ions.
Physiological energy value of one capsule: 1,8 kJ (0,4 kcal).
Suitable for diabetics. 1 capsule - 0 Bakery units.
Does not contain gluten.
Does not contain lactose.
